HUMBOLDT ARTESIAN MINERAL WELL (HUMBOLDT 2).
Humboldt Mineral Water was carbonated and bottled for many
years as a table water. The following analysis indicates tha.t the
water is secondary alkaline and primary saline in character:

The water was obtained from the Humboldt Artesian Mineral Well,
which is situated near the edge of the bay, at high-tide level, about a
mile south of Eureka, and is now within the boiler room of Flanna-
gan's lumber mill. The well is 6 inches in diameter and 175 feet deep,
