Advertisement for the California League Against Sinclairism,
formed by business groups when Upton Sinclair ran for the governorship of California. It was an ugly, emotional, red-baiting campaign, aimed
at voters at the depth of the Depression. This is an excellent example of
political advertisements that appeared before the 1934 general election.
