THE BOARD OF FIRE
COMMISSIONERS
APRIL 24, 1906
At a meeting of the Board of Fire Commissioners held on the 24th inst., the following
changes, etc., in this Department were effected.
DEATHS.
Chief Engineer, D.T. Sullivan, died on the 22nd inst., from injuries received at his
headquarters at 410 Bush Street, on the morning of the 18th inst.
James O'Neil, Truckman Truck Co. 1, was killed at the quarters of his company on the
morning of the 18th inst, through the falling of the rear wall of said house.
